By creating an account or using EasyCleanQuote, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these terms.
What EasyCleanQuote Does
EasyCleanQuote is business management software built specifically for cleaning companies. Our platform helps you:
Your Account
To use EasyCleanQuote, you need an account. Here's what we ask:
- Be 18 or olderYou must be at least 18 to use our service
- Keep info accurateProvide real information and keep it updated
- Protect your passwordDon't share your login credentials with others
- Tell us about problemsNotify us if you suspect unauthorized access
Subscription & Payments
How Billing Works
We bill monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Free Trial
New accounts get 7 days free to try the platform. No credit card required during trial.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Not happy within your first 14 days? Contact support for a full refund, no questions asked.
Your Data, Your Ownership
Let's be clear about data ownership:
Everything you put into EasyCleanQuote belongs to you.
Client lists, quotes, invoices, schedules — it's all yours. We just store and process it to provide the service.
- Export your data anytime in standard formats
- We never sell or share your business data
- Request deletion and we'll remove everything
Acceptable Use
Use EasyCleanQuote for legitimate business purposes. Don't:
Our Platform
EasyCleanQuote and its code, design, and features are our intellectual property. Your subscription gives you the right to use the platform, not to copy or redistribute it.
We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly. While we aim for high availability, we can't guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance windows and occasional issues happen.
Liability Limits
We provide EasyCleanQuote "as is" and do our best to keep it working well. However:
- We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
- Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months
- You're responsible for backing up critical data
Account Termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If that happens:
- You'll have 30 days to export your data
- Access to the platform stops immediately
- No refund for remaining subscription time
Legal Details
These terms are governed by Delaware law. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. We may update these terms occasionally — continued use means you accept the changes.
